When Eau de Vie opened its doors in 1998, our aim was to provide a welcoming and professional environment in which a team of therapists could offer a range of relaxation and natural health treatments, alongside a floatation tank (the only one in Oxfordshire).

We started out with the floatation tank and just one treatment room. Then, back in 2000, we expanded and stretched-out our toes to take over the entire building at 34 Cowley Road.

Today, we have 4 treatment rooms, including one large room where we offer treatments that need a little more space such as ‘bigroom’ acupuncture, thai massage, pregnancy massage and small yoga classes. Our floatation tank is still going strong and remains very popular, with both practitioners and clients alike. We also sell a variety of natural and organic-based products as well as a range of yoga clothing. Our product range is constantly evolving and we are always searching high and low for exciting and irresistible products to complement the natural health treatments which we offer.

The team of therapists at Eau de Vie have a wealth of experience and training behind them, many of whom are operating at the very top of their field. Their approach to treating focuses on each client’s particular needs and will address not only the symptoms you come to them with but also the cause behind those symptoms.

Currently, the team of practitioners at Eau de Vie is 28 strong. Between them, they offer 26 different treatments. This not only allows a great range of choice, it also gives plenty of scope to cross-refer, making it easier to find a treatment that will really suit you.

Each of the receptionists at Eau de Vie has a keen interest in natural health treatments and our reception team are renowned for their friendliness and general loveliness. Each receptionist undergoes a rigorous training process which includes being trained by each of the therapists. This can involve having as many as 28 treatments, and they undergo all of that for you, the client; so they can give you detailed advice about all the treatments available and help you choose which will be most appropriate for you. It’s a hard job, but someone's got to do it..!!
