Chinese Massage
Using a combination of deep massage, acupressure and joint manipulation, Tui Na relaxes muscles, freeing the body of tension and releasing blockages in the flow of Qi (vital energy). Tui Na is particularly useful for pain relief, musculoskeletal and stress related conditions, as well as general health maintenance. Tui Na massage is practised through clothing and without oils.
