Structural Integration
SI is a method of aligning the body through myofascial release, movement and breath work. A specific set of 10 sessions systematically releases the body allowing a permanent shift in alignment, enabling gravity to give support and energise the body rather than “drag it down”. This structural approach can relieve long-term injuries and patterns of chronic pain as well as enhancing body awareness and physical performance.
