Yoga Classes
We offer yoga to suit all levels and for specific therapeutic needs. From dynamic Ashtanga yoga to gentle Hatha yoga, sessions are offered in small groups of up to six people to create a supportive and comfortable environment in which to explore the benefits of this healing practice.
