Osteopathy

Registered osteopaths undergo an intensive four year training which enables them to diagnose and treat most pain associated with joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles. Although best known for treating back pain, osteopaths are also trained to treat headaches and repetitive strain injuries as well as most neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain. An osteopathic treatment consists of skilled use of the hands to restore the body to a balanced pain-free state, often followed by exercises to maintain a healthy body.
